Yes, we take your privacy seriously. We adhere to PHIPA and PIPEDA legislation and leverage military-grade encryption to protect your information within all of our systems. For more details, reach out to contact@switchhealth.ca.

What is your refund policy?

There is a $10 cancellation fee for clinic appointments. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, we will refund you the total cost of the appointment minus the cancellation fee. For cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, we will refund 50% of the appointment cost minus the cancellation fee. Cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment do not qualify for a refund.

We do not offer refunds on Test and Collection Kits once shipped. Please contact our customer experience team in the event of a device malfunction or delayed/missing shipments at 1-888-966-6531.
