How does it work?

Take the guesswork out of COVID-19 testing. Switch Health mobile unit arrives pre-scheduled at your workplace for a one-time testing of your employees. Switch Health offers reliable results with no wait.

Step 1: Contact Us
Fill out the contact form below with details on your workforce and testing needs. You will receive a response within 48 hours.
Step 2: Planning
Switch Health will reach out by phone or e-mail to discuss your testing needs in detail and answer any questions you may have.
Step 3: Testing Day
A dedicated team of nurses and field managers expertly trained in specimen collection will arrive on-site.
Step 4: Laboratory Processing
Specimens arrive at our fully private laboratory for test processing. Switch Health's partner laboratory runs Health Canada approved tests.
Step 5: Results
Your Switch Health account manager will be in touch regarding test results in 1 to 2 days. Employees will have access to their results as well. Results can be accessed on ASMO.

How do I schedule a mobile testing unit?
Switch Health works with your organization to identify the most convenient days and locations for your members and employees to be tested. Once a time and location are determined, we tailor a team to meet your expected testing demand.
What happens on the day of testing?
Our team arrives before testing and sets up an indoor or outdoor (weather permitting) testing area at your site, complete with registration tables, printed requisitions and nurse stations.
How long does the specimen collection take?
From the point of a completed requisition to discharge from the site, the process takes anywhere from 2 minutes to 5 minutes, depending on set up.
What happens if there is a Positive Result?
Positive results will be reported to the patient by a Switch Health physician and submitted to local public health units for follow up, contract tracing and monitoring for symptoms.
