How do I get my results?
Your results will be available same day or next day on the Switch Health Patient Portal, ASMO. You will be notified by text message or email when your results are available on ASMO. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to
I am travelling, do you provide COVID-19 PCR testing for travellers?
Yes, our screening tests are run in a Health Canada approved lab with Health Canada approved test kits. Our results are accepted by all major airlines and are returned in two days.

What is your refund policy?
If you would like to cancel your appointment, please note that Switch Health requires at least 24 hours notice. If you choose to cancel your appointment there is a small processing fee of $10. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, Switch Health will reimburse 50% of the total cost.
