My kit is damaged, how can I order another?

If your kit is damaged, please e-mail with the subject line: DAMAGED KIT.

Please include the nine-digit serial number located on your collection tube within the body of the e-mail, a short description of the issue with your collection kit, and an address for shipment of your new kit.

Where possible, please include photos of the damaged kit.

Switch Health will do its best to ship a new collection kit within 24 hours of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your new kit has been deployed.
