The liquid inside the Collection Tube leaked, what do I do?

If the liquid inside the Collection Tube leaked, you must order a new collection kit.

To order a new kit, please e-mail homekits@switchhealth.ca with the subject line: DAMAGED KIT.

Please include the nine-digit serial number located on your collection tube within the body of the e-mail, a short description of the issue with your collection kit, and an address for shipment of your new kit.

Where possible, please include photos of the damaged kit.

Switch Health will do its best to ship a new collection kit within 24 hours of receipt.
