My result is inconclusive, what do I do?

If your result is inconclusive, Switch Health will reach out to send a new kit to your home address. Please keep an eye on your e-mail to confirm your address.

If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail for a new Collection Kit within 24 hours, please reach out to or call 1-888-966-6531.
