My serial is invalid, what do I do?

If you receive an error message that states your serial is invalid, please reach out to Switch Health customer service team immediately at homekits@switchhealth.ca or call 1-888-966-6531.

Please rest assured that it is not an invalid serial but may have been entered incorrectly by another patient.
